Anthracite Grey

We continue to expand the Metigla colour palette. Due to the increasing demand and popularity of grey shades, Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) is now available in a MAT version, with a paint thickness of 35 µm, for any product belonging to the Metigla Residential and Industrial divisions.

PUR NOVA

PUR NOVA is available in Grey (RAL 7024), Brown (RAL 8017), Dark Brown (RAL 8019) and Black (RAL 9005) and stands out for its premium paint quality55 µm thickness of the paint layer, increased strength against scratches and extended protection against depigmentation, being one of the most durable finishes.

TYPE D’ACIER ET STRUCTURE

La matière première utilisée par Metigla est composée d’un acier (1), galvanisé à chaud avec protection de zinc de minimum 275 g/m² (2).
Le surfaçage de zinc subit un traitement de passivation (3), une couche primaire de protection (4) et une couche de peinture (5).

La dernière couche de protection (5) est disponible en plusieurs versions: Polyester (brillant de 25 µm ou Super Mat de 35 µm), PVDF (polyfluorure de vinylidène) de 25 µm or PUR NOVA (polyuréthane mat) de 55 μm.

Sur la face inférieure, le revêtement de peinture est en polyester ou acrylique de 10 µm (6).
