Anthracite Grey

We continue to expand the Metigla colour palette. Due to the increasing demand and popularity of grey shades, Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) is now available in a MAT version, with a paint thickness of 35 µm, for any product belonging to the Metigla Residential and Industrial divisions.

PUR NOVA

PUR NOVA is available in Grey (RAL 7024), Brown (RAL 8017), Dark Brown (RAL 8019) and Black (RAL 9005) and stands out for its premium paint quality55 µm thickness of the paint layer, increased strength against scratches and extended protection against depigmentation, being one of the most durable finishes.

Steel type and structure

The raw material used by Metigla in the production process is hot galvanized steel (1), with a zinc protection of at least 275 g/m² (2).
The zinc coating is protected through multilayer technology with a passivated coating (3), primary protective coating (4) and paint layer (5).

The top protective layer (5) is available in following versions: Polyester (25 μm gloss or 35 μm Super Mat), PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) of 25 μm, or PUR NOVA (mat polyurethane) of 55 μm.

On the bottom side, the paint coating is 10 μm Polyester or Acrylic (6).
