LoadingMetigla produces insulated panels (also known as sandwich panels) for walls and roofs with mineral wool (MW) or expanded polystyrene (EPS) core.
A wide range of panel thicknesses are available, according to their intended use: 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150 or 200 mm.
Mineral wool insulated panels (MW) are certified for fire resistance up to 4 hours, characterized by high thermal insulation and sound absorption, and are used for an impressive variety of industrial, commercial and residential buildings.
The expanded polystyrene core of the sandwich panels (EPS) offers high density, effectively covering a wide range of applicability areas: industrial, commercial, residential, production halls and warehouses (including refrigeration), container construction, and agro-technical buildings.
Metigla's mineral wool core insulated panels (MW) offer a certified fire resistance of up to 4 hours.
Metigla's sandwich panels soundproof any type of project.
Insulated panels have excellent thermal insulation properties, regardless of context.
Extended use over 50 years under normal environmental conditions.
Due to the low weight, the handling and assembly processes are very easy.
Due to advanced technological processes, Metigla's insulated panels have a low impact on the environment.

If the products are to be stored prior to installation, the insulated panels shall be placed in a sloping position, on dry wood sleepers, inside a warehouse or other enclosed storage area, in a dry and well-ventilated location, away from weathering conditions which may affect their condition.
It is recommended to store the products for a maximum of 30 days.
Insulated panels are delivered tailor-made. If cuttings are required, it is advisable to use sheet metal shears. It is forbidden to use an angle grinder or any tools that could cause overheating in the cutting area.
Filings resulting from the cutting or punching of the panels must be removed immediately with a brush.
The adhesive foil should be removed when the mounting is complete.
Metigla's insulated panels are delivered in foil-wrapped packages, loaded on vehicles with forklifts and mounted on protective supports. The supports are placed one meter away, to avoid deformation of the metal sheet.
While driving, it is mandatory to strap the packages in order to avoid the moving of the packages inside the means of transportation.
Unloading must be done using an automatic or manual forklift, subject to specific handling rules.
In order not to affect the shape of the panels in the pressing areas, the long sheets will be lifted from the side and transported on the edge.
Metigla's thermo-insulated panels with mineral wool core are characterized by certified fire resistance to fire up to 4 hours, sound absorption and high thermal insulation.
Metigla's EPS insulated panels are made up of two layers of metal and a high-density polystyrene core with high sound absorption and thermal insulation properties.
