LoadingThe Falt Fono metal roof is enhanced with a self-adhesive anti-condensation membrane, with sound-absorbing properties.
The membrane, applied on the inside of the Falt Fono profile, benefits from an increased resistance to extreme ambient temperatures, absorbs and eliminates condensation, formed on the inside of the sheet and can replace the anti-condensation membrane.
One of the main benefits of the membrane is sound absorption, which results in a substantial decrease in the noise produced by rain on the surface of the metal roof.
Joining the pre-folded Falt Fono standing seam roof is performed by double folding of the metallic sheet, using special tools. The minimum slope at which this type of profile can be used is 4°.

PUR NOVA is available in Grey (RAL 7024), Brown (RAL 8017), Dark Brown (RAL 8019) and Black (RAL 9005) and stands out for its premium paint quality, 55 µm thickness of the paint layer, increased strength against scratches and extended protection against depigmentation, being one of the most durable finishes.

The raw material used by Metigla in the production process is hot galvanized steel (1), with a zinc protection of at least 275 g/m² (2).
The zinc coating is protected through multilayer technology with a passivated coating (3), primary protective coating (4) and paint layer (5).
The top protective layer (5) is available in following versions: Polyester (25 μm gloss or 35 μm Super Matt), PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) of 25 μm, PUR (polyurethane) of 55 μm or PUR MAT (mat polyurethane) of 50 μm.
On the bottom side, the paint coating is 10 μm Polyester or Acrylic (6).
