The Metigla TC15 corrugated sheet profile is available in two versions: for facade and roof.
 
The TC15R corrugated sheet profile is applicable for roof cladding, outside or in the eaves area.
The FONO membrane, applied to the inside of the sheet profile, absorbs condensation caused by temperature differences and reduces rain noise on the roof surface.
 
The TC15F corrugated sheet profile is ideal for cladding the facades of civil or industrial buildings, fences or enclosing the roof in the eaves area.

    Antracietgrijs

    Wij blijven het kleurenpalet van Metigla uitbreiden. Door de stijgende vraag en populariteit van grijstinten is Antracietgrijs (RAL 7016) nu beschikbaar in een MAT-versie, met een verfdikte van 35 µm, voor elk product dat behoort tot de afdelingen Metigla Residential en Industrial.

    PUR NOVA

    PUR NOVA is verkrijgbaar in Grijs (RAL 7024), Bruin (RAL 8017), Donkerbruin (RAL 8019) en Zwart (RAL 9005) en onderscheidt zich door zijn premium verfkwaliteit, 55 µm dikte van de verflaag, verhoogde weerstand tegen krassen en uitgebreide bescherming tegen depigmentatie, en is een van de meest duurzame afwerkingen.

    Steel type and structure

    The raw material used by Metigla in the production process is hot galvanized steel (1), with a zinc protection of at least 275 g/m² (2).
    The zinc coating is protected through multilayer technology with a passivated coating (3), primary protective coating (4) and paint layer (5).

    The top protective layer (5) is available in following versions: Polyester (25 μm gloss or 35 μm Super Mat), PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) of 25 μm or PUR NOVA (mat polyurethane) of 55 μm.

    On the bottom side, the paint coating is 10 μm Polyester or Acrylic (6).
