Corrugated sheets

The Metigla TC15 corrugated sheet profile is available in two versions: for facade and roof.
 
The TC15R corrugated sheet profile is applicable for roof cladding, outside or in the eaves area.
The FONO membrane, applied to the inside of the sheet profile, absorbs condensation caused by temperature differences and reduces rain noise on the roof surface.
 
The TC15F corrugated sheet profile is ideal for cladding the facades of civil or industrial buildings, fences or enclosing the roof in the eaves area.

    Gris Anthracite

    Nous continuons à élargir la palette de couleurs de Metigla. En raison de la demande croissante et de la popularité des nuances de gris, le Gris Anthracite (RAL 7016) est désormais disponible en version MAT et ausi en version premium PUR NOVA, pour tout produit appartenant aux divisions Metigla Residential et Industrial.

    PUR NOVA

    PUR NOVA est disponible en Gris Anthracite (RAL 7016), Gris (RAL 7024), Brun Chocolat (RAL 8017), Brun Gris (RAL 8019) et Noir (RAL 9005) et se distingue par sa qualité de peinture supérieure, l’épaisseur de 55 µm de la couche de peinture, une résistance accrue aux rayures et une protection étendue contre la dépigmentation, étant l’une des finitions les plus durables.

    Steel type and structure

    The raw material used by Metigla in the production process is hot galvanized steel (1), with a zinc protection of at least 275 g/m² (2).
    The zinc coating is protected through multilayer technology with a passivated coating (3), primary protective coating (4) and paint layer (5).

    The top protective layer (5) is available in following versions: Polyester (25 μm gloss or 35 μm Super Mat), PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) of 25 μm or PUR NOVA (mat polyurethane) of 55 μm.

    On the bottom side, the paint coating is 10 μm Polyester or Acrylic (6).
